Metinvest Group was the first in Ukraine to launch a CRM system with two modules at once – C4C and CPQ, which improves the quality of customer service.
What is CRM
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a comprehensive digital customer relationship management solution.
The primary goal of CRM software is to automate customer engagement strategies with a focus on improving customer service, increasing sales, and optimizing marketing.
The system is based on the innovative cloud platform SAP Sale Cloud and contains two modules: client (Сloud for customer, C4C) and price offer (Configure price quote, CPQ).
The first module is the only sales management window where the company can interact with customers and exchange information in real time.
The second module contains the only online product catalog in which you can create individual orders based on customer needs.
Where the system works
Metinvest International was the first company to implement full sales automation since the end of 2019. It brings together the regional offices of Metinvest Group in the Middle East and North Africa, Asia, and North and South America.
This year, the implementation of the CRM system will be completed in Metinvest-SMC, which sells products in Ukraine and some CIS countries, and in Metinvest’s sales offices in Western Europe.
Also, by the end of 2021, it is planned to launch the client’s online account in test mode. Metinvest will continue to replicate the system to other assets of the company in the future.
Metinvest’s network of sales representatives and service centers covers almost 100 countries and provides about 7000 customers with high-quality products and services. The company has 45 sales offices in 22 countries.
