The National Bank allowed Yaroslavsky to buy out Credit Dnepr

The National Bank of Ukraine allowed Kharkiv businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky to receive 100% of the authorized capital of Credit Dnepr Bank, the NBU press service reported on July 31. “The National Bank of Ukraine has approved a direct acquisition of a substantial participation in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of Bank Credit Dnepr JSC for a citizen of Ukraine Alexander Yaroslavsky,” the message says. The regulator reminds that at present the bank is indirectly owned by the oligarch Viktor Pinchuk.
