The Canadian Border Guard Agency (CBSA) has carried out a preliminary determination of anti-dumping duties on imported fittings from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
The CBSA launched an investigation last September, as AltaSteel, ArcelorMittal and Gerdau filed applications.
The CBSA decided to charge temporary AD rates of 4.5-13.7%, 22%, 11.3-28.4%, 28.4%, 28.4%, 28.4% and 3.7-15. 4% on imports of fittings from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam, respectively.
