The European Commission announced on 30 April that an interim anti-dumping duty will be imposed on cold rolled stainless steel flat products from India and Indonesia, following a full announcement in the official gazette.
According to the announcement, the proposed AD duty for India’s Jindal Stainless Limited and Jindal Stainless Hisar Limited was set at 13.4% and for Chromeni Steels Private Limited and all other Indian companies at 34.6%. Indonesia’s IRNC rate was 19.9%, while for Jindal Stainless Indonesia and all other Indonesian companies it was 20.20%.
The official announcement of AD interim measures will be announced at the end of May, and the final measures will be announced at the end of October.
