The EU has decided to impose economic sanctions against Belarus

It was reported that the EU leaders agreed to impose economic sanctions on Belarusian state-owned companies, such as enterprises producing fertilizers, metallurgy, railways, petrochemicals, which affected the commodity operations of Belarus.

A political agreement between EU leaders is likely to be reached and published in the Official Journal of the EU after a long time, because economic sanctions require the unanimous approval of the 27 EU members, which may be delayed by individual countries, especially Hungary or other countries.
