PJSC “Steel” (Severodonetsk, Luhansk region), which collects scrap metal and produces billets from ferrous metals, increased its net loss by 30% in 2020 compared to the previous year – to UAH 5.425 million.
According to the company’s announcement of the annual meeting of shareholders on April 23, its retained earnings by the end of last year amounted to UAH 63.205 million.
Shareholders intend to pay off losses for 2020 at the expense of projected profit in 2021.
The company was founded in 1993. It was previously registered in Lugansk. It is engaged in the wholesale of scrap metal and steel casting.
According to NDU data for the fourth quarter of 2020, Stal-Invest LLC owned 31.0071% of shares of PrJSC Stal, Melkom Plus, Sociedad Limitada ( Spain) – 9.9004%, an individual Vladimir Komisarenko – 27.5476%, an individual Alla Komisarenko – 11.6479% of shares, an individual Anton Komisarenko – 9.5565%.
The authorized capital of the company is UAH 6.127 million , share par value – UAH 0.25.
