Akhmetov again topped the ranking of the richest Ukrainians

The rating of the TOP-100 richest people in Ukraine according to the Focus magazine at the end of 2019 was again headed by the owner of the SCM group Rinat Akhmetov, whose fortune was $ 7.2 billion.

According to the rating , the second and third places are occupied by the owner of Interpipe Viktor Pinchuk ($ 2.4 billion) and the owner of Group DF Dmitry Firtash ($ 1.7 billion).

Ex-shareholders of PrivatBank Igor Kolomoisky ($ 1.1 billion) and Gennady Bogolyubov ($ 0.9 billion), who have been in second and third places in recent years, dropped to eighth and ninth, respectively, at the end of 2019.

Vadim, the owner of Smart-Holding, moved up to fourth from fifth Novinsky ($ 1.5 billion). And Ferrexpo shareholder Konstantin Zhevago ($ 0.5bn), who was in fourth place in the rating last year, dropped to 20th place.

Former President of Ukraine, Roshen owner Petro Poroshenko ( $ 1.3 billion). The owners of the Epicenter K group, Gerega’s wife ($ 1.2 billion), moved up to sixth from 10th position.

Seventh in the list is occupied by the owner of Dniprospetsstal, head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life party Viktor Medvedchuk ($ 1.1 billion), who entered the rating for the first time.

In addition, the owner of Fozzy Group, Vladimir Kostelman ($ 0.85 billion), moved up to 10th place from 13th. Ex-shareholder of PrivatBank Alexey Martynov ($ 0.82 billion) took 11th place in the rating.

At the end of the year, the owner of Mironovsky Hliboproduct Yuri Kosyuk ($ 0.61 billion) lost several positions in the rating and dropped from seventh places to 17th, and Kernel shareholder Andrey Verevsky ($ 0.3) – from eighth to 32nd place.

Also in 2020, the owner of Burisma Holdings, Nikolai Zlochevsky (from 11th to 15th, $ 0.64 billion), owner of the TAS group Sergey Tigipko (from 15th to 21st, $ 0.5 billion), developer Vagif Aliyev (from 16th to 30th, $ 0.35 billion ) and the owner of Galnaftogaz Vitaly Antonov (from 18th to 29th, $ 0.37 billion).

The top twenty also includes the owners of the pharmaceutical company “Darnitsa” Vladimir and Gleb Zagorin (12th place , $ 0.76 billion), the owner of Nibulon Alexey Vadatursky (13th, $ 0.76 billion), the owner of the DCH group, Alexander Yaroslavsky (14th, $ 0.68 billion), shareholders of A-Bank Igor and Grigory Surkisy (16 th, $ 0.63 billion), owner of Farmak Filya Zhebrovskaya (18th, $ 0 , 59 billion) and Vitaliy Khomutynnik (19th, $ 0.55 billion).
